Taking a holistic approach, I incorporate aspects of Mindfulness, Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (somatic). My goal is to develop a strong therapeutic relationship that is based on openness, compassion and acceptance.
